How do I get paid?
Quarterly, by bank transfer (Wise works), within 30 days of the quarter ending. There’s a $50 minimum, and smaller balances roll over to the next quarter.
How are referrals tracked?
Through your personal link, which counts a signup within 30 days of the click, and your code at checkout. If both are present, the code wins.
How long do I earn on a referral?
For their first 12 months. The rate follows the plan they’re on, so 20% on monthly, 15% on quarterly and 10% on annual.
Can I refer existing Hummbird users?
No. Commissions are for new customers only, and self-referrals aren’t allowed.
Can I run ads?
You can promote Hummbird however suits your audience. The one exception is paid search, where you can’t bid on Hummbird brand terms or competitor names.
Do I need to be a Hummbird customer?
No, but affiliates who use the product convert best, and we prioritise them.
