Talk
You talk. That's the whole job.
One conversation banks weeks of content, ready to schedule. A five-minute drop-in catches anything timely.
Voice only. Text posts.
Hummbird is speaking
Last time you mentioned losing your biggest client in March. What did that change about how you build?
You
It made us stop building around one customer’s workflow. We cut half the settings nobody used and support tickets fell with them. The funny part is the client who left would have loved the simpler version.
Founders don't stop posting because they have nothing to say. They stop because saying it means a blank page at the end of a long day. Hummbird keeps the part you're good at, talking about your business, and does the rest.
Everything in Talk
AI interviewer
A real conversation that asks follow-ups, not a prompt box waiting for you to be interesting.
The living brief
What Hummbird knows about you: stories, numbers, people, positions. Editable, and used in every session after.
Topic steering
Pick the subject, focus a whole session on one thing, or ask for a different question.
Skip for good
Drop a topic once and it stays dropped. It doesn't come back next month.
Drop-in sessions
Five minutes when something timely happens, without booking anything or starting over.
Feed it a doc or a link
Paste a link and it reads the page first. Drop a document and it works from that.
Camera sessions
Record to camera with the teleprompter overlaid, crop guides on, straight from your phone.
Human pacing
No countdown clock. Elapsed time only, a natural wrap-up, and questions that don't run out.
Quiet reliability
Dropped interviews recover, footage is rescued, resuming never double-charges you.
The interviewer
It asks the follow-up question.
A prompt box waits for you to already be interesting. An interviewer does the opposite: it asks something specific, listens to the answer, and pulls on the thread you didn't realise you'd left hanging.
That's where the usable material is. Not in the first answer, but in the one after it, when you stop giving the tidy version.
What changed after you lost them?
We stopped building around one customer's workflow.
Which release was the first that felt different?
The one where we cut half the settings nobody used.
Questions never run out, and never repeat.
You steer it
Your session, your subject.
Some weeks you know exactly what you want to talk about. Point the session at it and the whole conversation goes there.
And when a topic isn't yours, drop it for good. Skip-for-good sticks: it doesn't quietly resurface a month later, which is the difference between a tool that listens and one that just logs your click.
Not every week is an interview
Drop in when something actually happens.
The best posts are often reactions: a call that went sideways, a number that surprised you, a decision you'd defend in public. Those don't wait for whenever your next session is booked.
So there's a five-minute version. No setup, no starting from the beginning, and it already knows everything you've told it before.
Voice only. Text posts.
On camera. Text and video from one take.
Other ways in
Not everything needs a conversation.
Some days the thought is already formed and talking about it is the long way round. Give Hummbird the raw material instead and it works from that.
The provenance rule holds either way: it builds from what you gave it, and asks you for something real rather than inventing the missing half.

Voice note
When typing is slower
We stopped taking custom work and revenue went up.
Margins went up. Customers were happier.
It remembers you
The second conversation is better than the first.
Most tools start from zero every time you open them. Hummbird opens with a callback to what you said last time: the client you lost, the hire you regretted, the position you took that your market disagrees with.
All of it lives in a brief you can read and edit, on your profile. It's the difference between an assistant who's worked with you for a year and one who started this morning.
Hummbird is speaking…
You mentioned cutting the settings nobody used. What happened to support tickets after that?
04:41
Elapsed only. Stop whenever you like.
Voice or camera
Both give you text and video.
Talk with your hands free while you walk, or sit down to camera with the teleprompter running. Either way you get the same thing out: posts in your words, and video you can actually publish.
Questions never repeat across voice and camera, so a camera session after a voice session doesn't cover the same ground twice.
Voice only. Text posts.

Questions
Talk, answered.
How long is an interview?
Your choice: 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes, or let it decide. Go longer when you want to bank more at once. There's no countdown clock, just elapsed time and a natural wrap-up.
What if I don't know what to talk about?
That's what the interviewer is for. It arrives with questions drawn from your pillars and what you've said before, and it follows up on the interesting parts. You can also steer it: pick a topic, or ask for a different question.
Can I stop a topic coming up again?
Yes. Skip it for good and it stays skipped. It doesn't resurface next month. You can also focus an entire session on one subject.
What if the connection drops mid-interview?
Dropped interviews recover and footage is rescued. Resuming doesn't double-charge you, and questions you never got to aren't burned.
Do I have to do the recurring session?
No. The recurring invite is scaffolding, not homework. Skip it, move it, or talk when it suits you. Plenty of founders just drop in when something happens.
The rest of the system
Record once. Publish weekly.
Talk it out, approve what goes out, let the rest run.
