Writing the post is only the first tenth of the job. Hummbird carries the rest, and stops at exactly one point: your approval.
Everything in Publish
Posts in your voice
Written in your phrases, from what you said. It won't invent a problem, a metric or a client.
Swipe-deck review
Approve, edit or skip, one at a time. Approved posts land on the calendar.
One-tap rewrite
Ask for a punchier hook or shorter paragraphs and the post actually changes. Undo is there.

40 researched whole-post shapes, pickable in plain language, or let Hummbird choose the one that fits.
Suggest posts for this week
Ask for a week's worth, drafted only from interview material you haven't used yet.

Drag between days, swap, fill an empty slot, create from a blank day, up to 90 days out.
Direct LinkedIn publishing

Transcript video editing
Select words and delete them; the video cuts with them. Fix a word once, everywhere.
Branded images
Your actual logo composited in, brand colours confirmed first, refined by chat. Never a fake wordmark.
The drafts
Written in the words you used.
A draft comes back built from the phrases you actually said, not from a model's idea of how a founder talks. The specifics survive: the month it happened, the number you remembered, the thing you said you'd do differently.
Every post can show you its source. "View Q&A source" opens the part of the interview it came from, so you can check a line rather than trust it.

Review and approve
Approve, edit or skip. One at a time.
Auto-publish is off by default. Every post Hummbird writes arrives as a draft, and accepted posts wait on the calendar as dated drafts until their slot comes up.
Review is a deck, not an inbox: swipe through one post at a time and approve, edit or skip. If the hook is wrong, one tap rewrites it, and the rewrite genuinely changes the post rather than shuffling adjectives. Undo is there when it goes too far.

Hummbird picked this structure: Story arc with receipts
Nothing goes out without your OK.
The shape of the post
40 shapes, and the one that fits.
A post fails more often on its shape than its sentences. The story arc that needs receipts, the contrarian take that needs the concession first, the system post that needs the promise up front: these are researched structures, not vibes.
Pick one in plain language, or let Hummbird choose the one that fits what you said. Either way you can see which it used and change it.

Suggested posts
A week's worth, whenever you ask.
Some weeks the calendar has gaps and you have no particular urge to fill them. Ask for suggestions and Hummbird drafts a set for the week from your pillars and the material you have already given it.
Suggestions come only from what you've said in interviews and haven't used yet, so every one is already yours. Keep what you want to run this week; the rest stays banked.
Drafted only from what you have already said and not yet used. Text posts and drafts are unlimited on the plan, so ask again whenever.
The calendar
A working calendar, not a queue.
A queue hides the shape of your month. A calendar shows it: which pillars are carrying the weight, where the gaps are, what's video and what's text.
Drag a post to a different day, swap two, fill an empty slot or create from a blank day. Ninety days out, with pillar colours and real video thumbnails.

Publishing
Out on schedule, from your own profile.
Connect LinkedIn once and approved posts go out on their date, from your profile, without you opening anything. No reminder to copy and paste at 7am, and no third-party byline on your own page.
It stays off until you turn it on. Until then every post waits as a dated draft, which is the same calendar either way, just with one more tap in it.

The video editor
Edit by deleting words.
Record full-screen portrait on your phone, teleprompter overlaid translucently, and edit it like a document: select words in the transcript, delete them, and the video cuts with them.
One selection across transcript, timeline and filmstrip. Fix a word once and it's fixed everywhere. A hook title card is suggested free, subtitles match the preview exactly, and a render always asks before it spends a credit. Failed renders refund.

Honestly, losing them in March was the thing that changed how we build, sort of, overnight. For two years we said yes to one customer’s workflow. Every request, um, turned into another setting, and the settings, you know, turned into support tickets. Which, I guess, is a long way of saying we over-built for one company, so we cut half the settings nobody used and the tickets fell with them. Support went quiet for the first time in a year. um, The funny part is the client who left would have loved the simpler version. Nobody asked us to simplify it. I just, sort of, think we needed them to leave before we would.

Questions
Publish, answered.
Does anything post without my approval?
No. Auto-publish is off by default, everything arrives as a draft, and accepted posts wait on the calendar as dated drafts until you approve them.
What if a draft isn't right?
Rewrite it in one tap. Ask for a punchier hook, shorter paragraphs or a concrete number, and the post actually changes. You can undo, edit in place, or pick a different structure from the 40 available.
Will it make up a client story or a statistic?
No. It won't invent problems, metrics, clients or outcomes. When there's nothing real to write from it asks you for a specific moment instead, and "View Q&A source" shows the words any post came from.
How far ahead can I schedule?
Ninety days. Drag posts between days, swap two around, fill an empty slot or create from a blank day.
Do video renders cost me a credit if they fail?
No. A render confirms before it spends a credit, and a failed render refunds it.
Do I have to use generated images?
No image is generated unless you want one. Use your own photo instead at no cost, or run posts without an image at all.
