Velocitie is now Hummbird
One product, one brand, one place. What the consolidation means for existing accounts, and why we did it.
Velocitie is now Hummbird. Same product, same login, new name and home at hummbird.io.
If you have a Velocitie account, nothing about your day changes. Your interviews, your drafts, your calendar and your analytics are exactly where you left them. There is no migration to do, no export to run, and no new password to set.
Why change the name at all
We were running two brands for one thing. Velocitie was the platform, Hummbird was the company people actually talked to, and every new founder we met had to be told which was which before we could get to the point.
That is a tax you pay on every conversation, and it buys you nothing. So we stopped paying it.
What is actually different
The name and the home. That is the honest answer.
- The URL. hummbird.io is the one place now. velocitie.com redirects here.
- The operator. The platform is owned and operated by North Arrow Pty Ltd. Hummbird is a North Arrow company.
- The legal pages. The terms and privacy policy on this site replace the previous Velocitie versions in full.
Your plan does not change because of the rename. If something about your specific plan needs discussing, we will come to you first rather than the other way around.
What is not different
The interview is the same interview. The approval loop is the same approval loop. Nothing publishes without you, and auto-publish is still off by default.
We did not take the chance to quietly change the product while we were changing the sign on the door.
